Free includes one Dot, one website, 1,000 messages per year and 50 MB, with DotDesk branding and promotional popups. Basic removes DotDesk branding and includes one Dot, one website, 10,000 messages per year and 1 GB for $1.58/month equivalent, billed $19 upfront each year. Pro includes unlimited Dots, five websites, 1,000,000 messages per year and 100 GB for $15.83/month equivalent, billed $190 upfront each year. Pro removes DotDesk branding and is fully customizable. Extra websites on Pro cost $2 each per month. Seats cost $0; billing and plan controls are not active yet.
Count messages.
Count each customer message and each Dot or teammate reply once, across all your chats. Rates are displayed per 1,000 messages, but the estimate uses your exact count. A two-message chat uses two messages, not an entire bundle. System notices, typing, read receipts and duplicate delivery retries are excluded.
Count attachment storage.
Your plan includes attachment capacity: 50 MB on Free, 1 GB on Basic, or 100 GB on Pro. Paid plans charge $1 per extra GB per year, prorated by time stored. Capacity is shared across your websites and dots. The calculator assumes the selected amount is stored throughout the year.
After the annual allowance, paid plans charge $9 per 10,000 extra messages, using the exact count: $0.90 per 1,000. Additional storage is $1 per GB per year, prorated by time stored. Overages are billed monthly. Free has no automatic charges; upgrade when you need more. Your ChatGPT plan is separate.
